With over a decade of real estate experience and a strong foundation in public service, John Anthony Lopez serves as a Managing Partner of Golden Ratio RE Fund, LLC, where he leads with strategic discipline, operational excellence, and a commitment to investor protection. His diverse background includes distinguished service in both the U.S. Army and Air Force, a career in law enforcement, and later as Director of College Safety and Security—all of which shaped his exceptional leadership style and risk management acumen.
John is also the Founder and CEO of Golden Ratio Investments, and co-founder of Golden Ratio Retreats, where he oversees real estate acquisitions, financing, and property operations, with a primary focus on income-generating properties in Puerto Rico’s dynamic vacation rental market.
His investment philosophy centers on acquiring value-add properties, negotiating optimal purchase and financing terms, and stabilizing assets to produce reliable cash flow. Each deal is selected through rigorous due diligence and managed with military-level precision to maximize returns while safeguarding capital.

After over 13 years of successful real estate investing and asset management, Jana Korcekova-Lopez co-founded Golden Ratio RE Fund, LLC with a clear mission: to provide accredited investors with secure, fixed-income opportunities backed by real estate. Her experience spans luxury residential, mixed-use commercial, single-tenant retail, hospitality, and multifamily assets—across both mainland U.S. and Puerto Rico.
Jana also co-founded Golden Ratio Investments, a real estate consulting and acquisitions firm, and Golden Ratio Retreats, a hospitality management company focused on short-term rentals in tropical destinations. She has built her reputation on strategic planning, disciplined underwriting, and consistent performance, all while maintaining a strong commitment to investor transparency and capital preservation.
Assets are acquired through Jana’s network of real estate brokers, lenders, asset managers, and project partners. Each investment is carefully selected for its value-add potential, then professionally repositioned through renovations or rebranding before being stabilized for long-term income or sold for gain.
